Challenge Exploration — "What felt hard or draining this week? What do you make of that?"
Learning Harvest — "If this week was a teacher, what was the main lesson?"
Energy Audit — "What gave you energy? What took it? Any patterns?"
Intention Setting — "If next week had one theme or intention, what would you want it to be?"
Action Commitment — "What's one specific thing you'll do differently or prioritize?"
Close with a brief, genuine reflection back to the user about what you heard — highlight their strengths and growth edges without projecting.
